Football Sessions (“Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy.
When you visit our website, mobile applications, and use our Services, you trust us with your personal information. Through this Privacy Policy, and in conjunction with our Terms of Use, we advise what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have in relation to it. We hope you take some time to read through it carefully, as it is important. If there are any terms in this Privacy Policy that you do not agree with, please discontinue use of our Services.
This Privacy Policy applies to all information collected through our website, mobile applications and any related service, sale, marketing or event (we refer to them collectively in this privacy policy as our Services).

By using Football Sessions Services, you are agreeing to all the terms herein and that of our Terms of Use and that they shall be legally binding between Football Sessions and you. The provision herein as well as our Terms of Use shall govern your access to and use of our Services.
Whenever we process data we will ensure that we always keep your Personal Data rights in the highest regard and take into account all of your data protection rights subject to the laws of England, Scotland and Wales.

1. Information we collect, store and use
a. We collect information when you set up your log-in to our Football Sessions Apps. To set up your account we collect, store and use your name, username, and email address. You have the option to supply additional information for example date of birth, mobile phone number, and Club name. All data is stored securely on a network of cloud-based servers and storage systems hosted in the United Kingdom.
b. Information you provide when you fill in any forms on our Services. This includes, amongst others, information that you provide when you register to download our App’s, create a profile, and/or subscribe to our Services. Please be advised that when you post material or create a profile or when you upload User Generated Content on our App’s, it is particularly essential for you to adhere to and understand our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. You shall respect the privacy of others and that you shall not post unsuitable or infringing materials.
c. We may request for you to complete surveys for research purposes (which you do not have to respond to).
d. If you accept in-app Push Notifications, we collect a token which Apple provides us and pass that to the server. Apple has the log of who’s token belongs to which device. You can change your notification settings at any time on your device.
e. We may also automatically collect other non-personally identifiable (aggregated) data each time you visit our Services for statistical and demographic purposes, including:
i. technical information, including the IP (Internet Protocol) address used to connect your device to the internet, browser type and version, device type and screen size.
ii. information about your visit, including the full URL (Uniform Resource Locator), page response times, download errors, and length of visits to certain pages.
iii. we do not store debit/credit card details on our App, database or servers. We use the Google Play and the Apple Store (App Distributors), as a third party provider to process payment(s) for any chargeable Services. Such third party provider may provide you with an option whether you wish for your card details to be stored for your convenience. It is important for you to read their terms of use.
f. Please be advised that we never knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you become aware that a child has provided us with Personal Data without parental consent, please contact us at info@footballsessions.com and we will take steps to remove the data and cancel the child's account.
g. Please be advised that before you provide to us any personal information of another person, you must obtain that person’s consent.

2. How do we use your information
We process your information for purposes based on legitimate business interests, the fulfilment of our contract with you, and/or compliance with our legal obligations.
We are committed to ensure that your information is secured. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we use encryption technology to encrypt sensitive information (eg. login credentials).
We use the information we collect or receive:

To send you marketing and communication information. You can opt-out of our marketing emails at any time.

To post testimonials. We post testimonials on our sites that may contain personal information. Prior to posting a testimonial, we will obtain your consent to use your name and testimonial. For other Business Purposes such as data analysis, search optimisation, identifying trends, determining the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns and to evaluate and improve our sites, products, services, marketing and your experience.

3. Advertising
We may engage advertising networks like Google Adwords to select and serve relevant adverts to you on our Services for example in-app adverts. We do not disclose information about identifiable individuals to our advertisers, but we may provide them with aggregate information about our users. You will be offered, and we will respect your data usage choice, which you can manage and change at any time in app settings.

4. How we use Cookies and similar technologies
As is true of most online services, we will be using cookies, pixels, local storage, and software development kits (SDKs), to help us to improve our Services and to measure how people are using our Services. These are aimed at delivering to you a better and more personalised service. This information may include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), operating system, date/time stamp, landing page, and referring URL.
a. To collect this information, a cookie may be set on your computer or device when you visit our Services. Cookies contain a small amount of information that allows our web servers to recognise you.
b. Users can control the use of cookies at the individual web browser level. Disabling cookies may prevent Users from taking full advantage of the usability of our Services.

Third parties that may be hyperlinked on our Services may also use cookies, over which we have no control or access. They are independent from us. Please read our Terms of Use regarding our policy on third parties’ websites.

Our Services may include links to third-party websites, plug-ins and applications. Clicking on those links or enabling those connections may allow third parties to collect or share data about you. We do not control these third-party websites and are not responsible for their privacy statements. When you leave our website, we encourage you to read the privacy notice of every website you visit.

7. Where we process and store your data
Our cloud-based servers and storage system providers are located in the United Kingdom. Any data we collect from you will be processed and stored within these systems. It may also be processed by staff (ours or third parties’) in order to fulfil your order and perform our Services. By submitting your personal data, you are agreeing to this storing and processing.
We also have technical and engineering teams that support the provision of Football Sessions Services to you, located outside the European Union. For example app engineering and Google services. This data is non-personally identifiable and we have rigorous internal control measures to strictly limit access to your personal data by designated support teams.
We will not have access to your financial data provided by you upon subscription. Our App Distributors will securely store this information as a third-party beneficiary in accordance with their data protection and privacy policies.
8. Data retention and deletion
We will retain your Personal Data for as long as you maintain an account or as otherwise necessary to provide you the Services. We will also retain your Personal Data as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Where we no longer need to process your Personal Data for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, we will delete or anonymise it or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your information and isolate if from any further processing until deletion is possible.

10. Changes to our Privacy Policy
We reserve the rights to make changes and variations to our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes to our Privacy Policy shall apply to the use of our Website, Apps and social media from the time of publication of the revised policy on our Website and/or Apps.
